Healy - Frequencies For Life

This is my most recent purchase, a Healy.

It is a wearable holistic wellness & lifestyle device used to balance the body's energetic field and activate your self-healing capacity. Through regular use, Healy can support restoring the cell membrane.

It can give you quick bioenergetic support to help balance your mind and body and improve your quality of life, and it can also give you an analysis of your energetic state and help you find ways to improve it.

Healy is designed to support you in stressful situations during the day, help you recover more easily and find peace in the evening. It is meant help you to increase your vitality and improve the flow of your energy reserves.

Furthermore it can analyze the energy distribution of your chakras in the Information field, analyse the emotional background and point out suitable ways of optimization.

Emwave 2 or Emwave pro

I have the Emwave 2 and have used it for a few years now off and on. It is such an awesome tool and has really come in handy when working with people who are suffering from stress and anxiety. These devices are a product of the HeartMath foundation who have been studying the heart and its electromagnetic fields’ influence on the body and others. These devices measure your heart rate variability and show how to get into a state of heart coherence.

Heart Coherence is the state when the heart, mind and emotions are in energetic alignment and cooperation. It is an optimal physiological state associated with increased cognitive function, self-regulatory capacity, emotional stability and resilience.

Muse 2

This device not only measures the amplitude of my brainwave frequencies (Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta and Gamma) but has an App to help with Brain Entrainment. There are two things that can be annoying with the Muse 2. The first is that sometimes you have to keep adjusting the sensors to get it calibrating properly. The second is when I go to use it someone has already got their hands on it doing a meditation! I love this device. It is so easy to use and has really helped with deepening my own meditation. I am still working with it in measuring my own breathwork sessions.

Vyvo Watch

After researching Garmins, Fitbits, and other med tech devices, I traded in my Oura ring for this beautiful watch. It monitors my vital signs and bio parameters all day, even when I sleep. It records and analyzes resting and exercising Heart Rates, Blood Pressure Estimation, Breath Rates, Energy Levels, SPO2 level, ECG, Body Composition, Body Temp, APG (Measures vascular retrogradation) and even outside air quality.
You can even set alerts. If you are monitoring your blood pressure it will let you know if it gets too high. A great reminder to do some relaxing breathing.

I also receive cryptocoin with every measurement! If you’re interested to know more, message me or learn more below.

Wouldn’t want to miss it anymore.

EMAY EMO-80 Pulse Oximeter

Finally! a pulse oximeter that records data below 70SPO2. I was tempted to purchase the Wellue but decided to wait until something better came along. And it did. For you breathworkers out there the EMO-80 (battery only) and 90 (USB & PC Software) are great for measuring your time in intermittent hypoxia.

It has the capacity for 40hours of recording storage and unlike other O2 trackers that records at a 10 second, 30 second or even one minute interval, the EMO-80 & 90 records second by second without interval, ensuring every single important event will be captured.

Just clip it on your finger, do your session and sync to your smart phone app to see the results in an easy to follow graph showing both SPO2 and heart rate.
